Pros
Make-readies and inspection lists
For property managers and realtors who need a crew, not a single stuck door.
How do rental make-readies get priced?
Make-readies are sold as blocks. Half day is 4 hours for $550. Full day is 8 hours for $995. Materials billed at cost plus 25% if we supply them.
Can you quote an inspection repair list?
Yes. Upload the report or photos, tell us the company and how many units, and we will quote the list. You can also start that quote with a block if you already know the size of the day.
