What does Home Care include?
Members get 2 seasonal visits a year, spring and fall, about 1.5 hours each. This is the visit list:
- HVAC filters, filters billed at cost
- Smoke detector test
- Caulk and weatherstrip check
- Gutter check
- Door tune-up
- Written home report
What perks come with the $29 membership?
Priority scheduling, no trip minimum, and 10% off repairs. The $175 menu minimum does not apply to members.
