Prices, the visit minimum, and how a request turns into a visit.
Every menu visit starts at $175. That price covers the trip and the first hour. If the fixes on your list add up to more than $175, you pay the menu total. Prices cover labor. If we supply materials, they're billed at cost plus 25%.
The $175 visit minimum covers the drive to your home and the first hour of work. Add more fixes on the same trip instead of paying a second trip charge. Home Care members do not have a trip minimum.

Yes. Toilet fill valve and flapper is $175. A faucet swap is $250. A disposal swap is $250. A light fixture swap is $175. A ceiling fan on an existing rated box is $295. Smoke and CO detectors are $45 each, minimum of 3. An exterior light fixture is $195.
On the priced menu, add the fixes or describe a job that is not listed. The first step is your full name, mobile number, and ZIP, and that is saved right away. Next you pick a Monday through Friday morning (8–12) or afternoon (12–4), or ask us to call or text. Street address, email, notes, and photos are optional. Home Care is $29 a month. Members get 2 seasonal visits a year, spring and fall, about 1.5 hours each: HVAC filters (you pay for filters at cost), a smoke detector test, a caulk and weatherstrip check, a gutter check, a door tune-up, and a written home report. Perks are priority scheduling, no trip minimum, and 10% off repairs. The signup form does not take payment.
Yes. Rental make-readies are sold as blocks: half day (4 hours) $550 or full day (8 hours) $995, materials billed at cost plus 25% if we supply them. Upload an inspection repair list and we will quote it.
Holiday light installs run October 15 through December 15 in Fort Worth and Tarrant County. The form asks what to light, whose lights, and when you want them up. It is a quote, not a listed price. Early-bird scheduling closes October 31. David texts from 817-201-7100.
